On Dec 24, I posted a recipe I had never tried. I am pleased to report that the family thought it was great and we hardly have any left overs from this dish. I did a few things different on the recipe:
1) I forgot to add the garlic
2) I threw in a handfull of celery

All in all, Christmas dinner was GREAT, though a bit late due to the working schedule of my sister who was on call for the local hospital.
