When I laughingly planted seeds from our New Mexico Ristra, we expected maybe ONE pepper. With our lovely heat wave, however, we have been enjoying these fresh stuffed peppers from the garden. I have even started experimenting on making my own Ristra! Unfortunately, it will be a small one if I get it going because we can't stop adding stuffed and baked peppers to everything!
